Happy National Peanut Butter Fudge Day!! That’s right…. it’s National Peanut Butter Fudge Day! News to me!! But I don’t turn down an opportunity to celebrate!
In honor of this special day.. of course I had to whip up a batch of Peanut Butter Fudge. I decided to take advantage of those Candied Pecans I made earlier this week, and give a twist to a simple Peanut Butter Fudge recipe.
Honestly… it’s kind of a great excuse to make a little advanced treat for my Thanksgiving dessert buffet!! I mean… people LOVE pecans in the fall!! And one less thing to make on Thursday!! Best part… This fudge takes no time at all to make!!
Hope you enjoy!

- 1 Cup Chopped Candied Pecans (See separate recipe above)
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- Once the mixture comes to a boil, allow it to boil undisturbed for 2½ minutes

- Stir until Peanut Butter is melted
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan
- Cool.... this may take several hours
