Hands down… my mom made the best blue cheese dressing! Recently I bought way too many tomatoes on a grocery run. I hate to let anything go to waste… so I decided to whip up a batch of my mom’s blue cheese dressing. I love the simplicity of a sliced tomato and some chunky blue cheese! And now I have plenty left over to top a salad or use as a dip!
This dressing so simple to make.. there’s no reason to ever buy store bought dressing again! Mix a few ingredients… chill for several hours… PERFECTION! Those flavors need time to blend… so don’t skip the chill time! Perfection takes a bit of patience in this case!
And don’t forget to pair this with classic party food… Chicken wings! Buy the wings, but wow your guests with some homemade goodness! This blue cheese also goes great with veggies as a dip!
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 4 oz Blue Cheese - Crumbled
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- Mix all ingredients
- Refrigerate for 4 hours
