Caramelized Onion Artichoke Feta Quiche

If you like strong flavors... you'll love this quiche!..... Caramelized Onions, Artichoke Hearts, Swiss Cheese, and Feta Cheese!!

Ingredients
  • 2 medium Onions - sliced thin
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 12 oz jar of Marinated Artichoke Hearts - drained and chopped
  • 1½ cups Swiss Cheese - shredded
  • 4 oz Feta - crumbled
  • 1 refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Half & Half
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Sautee onions and butter over medium heat for 25 minutes until caramelized, stirring frequently
  3. Place prepared pie crust in a pie dish
  4. Alternate layers of onions, artichoke hearts, and cheeses into the pie crust
  5. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, and gradually add half &half until mixed
  6. Pour egg mixture into pie crust
  7. Bake for 1 hour
  8. Serve
