Scrumptious & Spooky Spinach Skull Appetizers!

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • 8 oz Spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • Nonstick Baking Spray with Flour
  • 2 oz Crumbled Feta
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Cook garlic, green onions, and olive oil in pan until they begin to brown
  3. Add spinach
  4. Cook over medium heat until wilted
  5. Drain excess liquid and allow to cool
  6. Meanwhile, spray skull pan with Nonstick Spray
  7. Roll dough out to a large rectangle
  8. Cut into 6 even pieces
  9. Lay each piece of dough into the skull pan, and gently push into skull cavity
  10. Add feta, pine nuts, and parmesan to spinach mixture, and mix thoroughly
  11. Add a few spoonfuls of spinach mixture into each dough pocket
  12. Fold dough over spinach
  13. Bake 18 minutes
