Candied Pecans

These candied pecans are simple to make and so tasty, you'll never buy store bought again!!

Serves: 1 pound
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Pecans
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Spread pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet
  3. Roast for 10 minutes (you should start to smell roasting nuts when they're ready)
  4. Meanwhile, combine Sugar, Milk, and Cinnamon in a Saucepan, and cook on Medium-High heat for 8 minutes, continuously stirring
  5. Remove from heat, and add Vanilla to the hot mixture
  6. Add pecans to the mixture, and stir until coated
  7. Pour pecan mixture onto wax paper to cool
  8. Separate
  9. Cool
  10. Enjoy!!
